Energinne method

My teaching style is rather down to earth with a spiritual touch. In my classes I emphasize precision, good form and control. Always taking into account that everybody has a different anatomy: what might feel good for one person doesn't feel good for someone else and what might feel good one day doesn't the other.

In my Vinyasa yoga classes I focus on balance, flexibility, strength and good form. It's a dynamic flow on the rhythm of your breath.  The non-stop movements create a beneficial cardiovascular effect, a better blood circulation and transpiration giving your body a natural detox. The flowing movements allow you to be at the moment and to ease your mind. It offers the perfect combination of effort and relaxation for more physical energy and more mental peace. Ideal for people who sit a lot on a desk, for people who are looking for a gentle active way to de-stress. It's all about balance, namaste!

Yin yoga classes are soft, gentle classes in which we stay in the poses (mostly seated and lying down) for a longer time working on the fascia (deep connective tissue that surrounds the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints...) in our bodies. It positively influences the parasympathetic nervous system slowing down the breath, the heart rate which encourages recovery and relaxation. It's a holistic approach for freeing the life force (Prana, Qi, Chi) and clearing energetic blockages working on the organs, the chakras and meridians.

Pilates improves your posture and corrects faulty movement patterns mainly by working on the powerhouse (including the abdominal muscles, lower back muscles, inner thighs, glutes and muscles of the pelvic floor), developing the deeper postural muscles.

Therefore, it's a good class for people with neck and shoulder complaints, but it is also really helpful for athletes promoting injury prevention and correcting imbalances.

You can contact me for private classes, small group classes or corporate Yoga & Pilates classes for your company and for video on demand classes.
